The look

A rainbow explosion of spiky hair, overalls covered in whatever he last got into, and a grin with more gaps than teeth. Usually mid-run. Usually leaving color behind him.

The personality

Jack does not have plans. Jack has momentum. He is the reason things get knocked over and also the reason everyone is laughing about it thirty seconds later. Fearless, loud, and completely impossible to stay annoyed at.
